It rained all day today.
We did a workout – the first in like a month or six.
Arms for the wedding day.
We did a circuit of
reverse grips ez bar curl
incline hammer curls
We repeated three times. If I were more manly I would have done a fourth.
We then cleaned all day.
Well Rich and I cleaned. Other people recovered. I am not sure from what.
Then I made another bake. The first time I made this bake our niece told me that I should call this chicken and cheese, and broccoli, and rice all mixed up.
What a perfect title.
Chicken, cheese, broccoli and rice…all mixed up
3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop broccoli, and add all ingredients together into a bowl. Mixing until incorporated.
2. Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan and spread mixture evenly. Sprinkle top with cheese.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Easy peasy, chicken bake.
