I had this dip at my bridal shower.
My fabulous friend Judy made it and it is tailgate heaven.
I named it who dat dip because Judy is from New Orleans, pronounced N’awlins, and loves her Saints.
Someday I am going to talk her into her Divinity recipe too.
Until then we are enjoying her bridal shower gift and dip.
Who dat dip
1 package of spicy sausage
1 package mild sausage
2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
1 can of tomatoes and chilis
1. Brown sausage (Rich nearly wet himself from the excitement of real sausage in our house) and drain fat.
2. Stir in cream cheese and tomatoes, letting cook until well combined and thick.
3. Back at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with fritos and in our case, yell at the judges on project runway for the poor decision making.
And I got to use my hoot hoot oven mitts!
