It looks like we will be eating chili for a lil while…
woo hoo leftovers!
Before making Rich chili in five different ways I decided to soften him up with some yummy sliders.
I really wanted to top them with some gooey honey mustard but it did not work out…read we ran out of mustard, dijionaise and basically anything else that would help me make honey mustard.
But it did help me clean out the fridge before the big turkey day.
Ham and Cheese slider
1 canister refrigerator biscuits
mayo or mustard
4 slices of ham (cut into fourths)
2 slices swiss cheese (cut into fourths)
1. Preheat oven to 350. Remove biscuits from packaging and slice in half. Place one half on a lightly greased 8 x 8 pan.
2. Spread light mayo or mustard on bottom layer and top with sliced ham and cheese.
3. Cover with other layer of biscuit and cook for 20 minutes.
I was shocked at how quickly these disappeared, especially since it was nothing special.
