I love easy lunches…especially those you can make on a Sunday and just pack each morning.
Especially when you get up at 430 am and workout.
Salad in a Jar
Small canning jar (or big if you are real hungry)
1 tablespoon salad dressing
1. Layer the food in a small jar in that order, keeping the dressing away from the spinach.
Obviously you can use any veggies you like or any protein you like to add to the salad.
