I gave up my nightly ice cream.
But I still felt the need to eat something sweet after dinner.
I found these to try.
And adapted them a lil bit.
Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients.
2. Place in refrigerator to chill for about a 1/2 hour.
3. Roll into balls and seal in an air tight container.
Super quick, and a pretty good substitute for ice cream.
