That is right I am a C and E blogger.
We had a very fabulous Easter weekend.
We exchanged Easter baskets and ate a yummy breakfast with my brother.
Screwmosa or a modriver which every you prefer.
The rest of our family is north so we were unable to bless them with our presence.

1 tube Refrigerated Pizza dough (or homemade dough)
1 lb rolled hot breakfast sausage
I can Rotel canned tomatoes (we used the habanero kind)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar
6 strips of cooked bacon
S & P
* you can always add peppers, onions, mushrooms*
Preheat oven to 350
1. Spread dough in a 13 x 9 baking dish, making sure that dough evenly covers and raises about 2 inches on the sides.
2. Brown sausage, drain and add to dough with the tomatoes, and top with 1 cup each of mozz and cheddar. Bake for about 10 minutes.
3. Beat eggs, add S & P and spread on top of sausage mixture. Cook for another 15 minutes or until eggs set.
Top with bacon and remaining cheese.
